I became interested in the construction trade back in 1996. I had a job with Mertz Lumber in my hometown of Ellendale, ND.
After a few years of working in the yard as well as the construction crew I decided I wanted to attend Alexandria Technical College. From 1999 to 2001 I attended and graduated. After graduation I worked in cabinet shops and construction crews in North and South Dakota. In 2007 I moved to Aberdeen, SD. I worked as an assistant lumberyard foreman for Campbell's Town and Country. I worked for them 5 years as foreman, carpenter, and an Andersen Window Service Tech. In 2014 I decided to move back to Alexandria, MN
I worked for a company installing garage doors and openers for a brief time. From 2015 to 2018 I was a lumberyard foreman for Builders First Source in Osakis, MN. In 2018 I decided I wanted to be self employed and have enjoyed it ever since.
I had Tyler and crew put in all new windows new siding a deck all new doors new steps front and back they were fantastic. I said the house would probably go in a tornado but the steps and my deck would still be standing.
Tyler was very easy to work with let me know when he was coming always came when he said he would or let me know otherwise. Tyler and crew were always very personable.
If you want a carpenter who does what he says he is going too, reasonably priced a good person all around. Call Tyler Pomplun.
